On a cloudy June Saturday morning at exactly 8:30am, the Katikiro of Buganda kingdom; Charles Peter Mayiga graced the ground breaking ceremony of a 1.5 acre land for the Rotary Centre of Excellence project.

The centre will provide a work space and skills training centre for youth through the support of Rotary club Namboole, Bweyogerere.
